I began my career as a web developer, but quickly realized I was just as interested in why digital experiences worked as how they were built. That curiosity led me beyond development into designing, producing, and optimizing digital experiences that balance user needs with business goals.
Over the years, I've worked on enterprise-scale websites supporting global audiences, leading initiatives that improved usability, standardized web experiences, streamlined content management, and supported large platform migrations. By combining analytics, user insights, and close collaboration with marketing, developers, designers, and stakeholders, I've helped deliver digital experiences that are both effective for users and scalable for organizations.
Alongside enterprise work, I've led end-to-end website projects where I was responsible for everything from strategy and information architecture to design, production, and launch.
